Fasano Restaurant brings to New York a distinguished culinary tradition shaped by more than a century of excellence in hospitality across Brazil and Uruguay. Under the direction of fourth-generation restaurateur Gero Fasano, with execution by Chef Nicola Fedeli, the restaurant honors the Fasano family’s heritage in Northern Italian cuisine through attentive service, and enduring style.

 

The experience unfolds across two distinct settings, connected by a hallway that features a selection of cherished memorabilia from the Fasano family’s history.
The Dining Room, set beyond Fasano Bar, offers classic fine-dining, where traditional hospitality and authentic Milanese cuisine meet in a timeless setting designed by architect Isay Weinfeld, a longtime friend of the brand.

 

At the front of the restaurant, Fasano Bar presents a more relaxed interpretation of the Fasano spirit. Also designed by Isay Weinfeld, the bar is warmed by wood and low light, and features a curated selection of cocktails and Italian dishes. Conceived as a multifunctional space, guests may visit Fasano Bar before or after dinner for cocktails and aperitivo, enjoy a full lunch, or opt for a more casual dinner setting.

 

Together with Baretto, these spaces create a dining destination in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, accommodating different moods while remaining rooted in a shared commitment to high standards of service.
